REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Quant Space, we invest significant resources in faculty time, systems, and learning content. Therefore, refunds are limited and governed by the following policy.

1. Offline Programs

• If cancellation is requested before batch start, partial refund may be given after deducting administrative charges.
• Once classes start, no refund will be provided.

2. Online & Hybrid Programs

• If login access or class recordings are activated, no refund is allowed.
• If cancellation is requested before access activation, limited refund may be considered.

3. Self-Paced Courses

Once access is provided, no refund or exchange is possible.

4. Missed Classes

Absence, personal issues, or schedule conflicts do not qualify for refund.

5. Mode Change

Mode changes (offline ↔ online ↔ hybrid) are subject to availability and approval. Fee difference may apply.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 30–45 working days.
